Since I can remember I've always had a strong interest in space, I remember my first book purchase being Stephen Hawking's: A Brief History of Time, I could barely understand it, English isn't my first language but it captivated me nonetheless. By the time I reached high school I had considered joining the Airforce to become a fighter pilot and maybe eventually an astronaut, but for various reasons I didn't join and ended up wandering through the corporate world for over a decade.  

Eventually I got burned out from doing a job I had no passion or interest in, I decided I would go to college for something that I actually loved and it didn't take a lot for me to decide to pursue a PhD in Astronomy, I knew it would be a difficult journey, but here I am a few years and a lot of struggles later here I am  with my Bachelors in Astrophysics ready for grad school and the challenges beyond.
